A holistic approach with fitness
We are currently expanding our repertoire over classes to offer, in order to be more holistic, more inclusive and more user friendly.
In order to get the maximum out of our training, mind and body needs to be in balance. We are aiming to take a more holistic approach to our customers and emphasise on body, soul and mind. Because at the end of the day, we are exercising to be healthy and happy, right?
We have already started with more kids and yoga classes, and we are also getting the last details organised before we can be able to offer heath check, general medical examinations, and nutrition.
We are looking forward to January and hope to have everything in place to start the new year fresh!
